Shipping & Returns
We are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping courtesy of our shipping partners DHL, Fedex, and TNT (and EMS for remote locations). Due to overwhelming demand, please allow up to 72 business hours to process your order. Estimated shipping times are 4-7 business days depending on your location. Rural or remote areas may experience extended delivery times, unfortunately this is not in our realm of control. All orders will be provided a tracking number, allowing you to track your order here.
StraightFix™ is not liable for any damages incurred during transit. Damages in transit are the responsibility of our shipping partners. All purchases are made at the buyers’ own risk. It is your responsibility to provide us with a shipping address where packages can be securely delivered by our carriers or by your country's postal service without risk of theft or loss. We assume no responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after the above mentioned couriers or another postal service completes delivery to the address that you provide us. If you are concerned about the security of packages received at your mailing address, please provide a different shipping address for your order to ensure a safe, straight forward delivery. StraightFix™ is also not liable for any undeliverable shipments. It is your responsibility to make yourself available to receive the parcel, either at your delivery address or at the shipping depot.
Please note that due to overwhelming demand, processing times may increase to 5 business days and please be aware that this is completely out of our hands. We will do our best to process your order as quickly as possible, but once our shipping partner has the package, we are limited in what we can do. Please also note that any delays at the hands of our shipping partners are also out of our hand and we cannot be held responsible for this. If you put the wrong shipping address you need to email us within 30 minutes of purchase following the instructions on your order confirmation. We cannot 100% guarantee the changes to go through. StraightFix™ will not be held responsible for lost goods if an incorrect shipping address is provided. Should your package not show up, please contact us at email@example.com.
Please note that due to hygienic reasons, all sales are final. We are also unable to give refunds on orders where incorrect addresses have been given. This is not a money back guarantee product and we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you request a cancellation of your order we cannot always 100% guarantee that it will be cancelled. Please ensure you review your order before confirming your purchase.
